Lead OSHC Program in Tasmania
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our newest Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program in West Ulverstone. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for driving quality, sustainability, and service delivery within the program.
* This is a permanent part-time role with approximately 30 hours per week.
* The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience, and we offer salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families accessing the service. You will also be responsible for supervising and managing employees, including rostering and performance management.
* We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and experience in people management, supervision, and administration.
* A comprehensive understanding of OSHC operational requirements, including the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, is essential for this role.
* Candidates must hold current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates or be willing to obtain them.
* A Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent is desirable but not required.
