**Infant, Child and Family Health and?Wellbeing Hub**
As one of the key recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System and the National Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy, Monash Health was identified as one of three lead providers to roll out this initiative to support infants, children and families in the **South Eastern region** of Victoria. Designed as one central location for mental health, health and wellbeing support for infants, children and families we provide support to individuals from 0-11 years experiencing developmental, behavioural and emotional challenges through expertise from a range of specialist medical and allied health services, including paediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists and speech pathologists and offer parenting supports. The Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub will sit alongside ELHMS - Monash Childrens and the Child and Family Program - Monash Health Community.
**A Day in the Life**:
As a Grade 2 or Grade 1 Paediatric Social Worker, you will work within the community health directorate and will be required to provide an efficient, high-quality service across the region in various settings. With the support of an experienced team, you will provide patients and families with psychosocial support and advocacy through assessment, counselling, information provision, access to community resources and discharge planning.
- You will positively contribute to the function of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, working closely with team members form the Child family program and Early in Mental Health Service to promote an integrated and holistic service.
- This role will be supporting children and their families to access the Hub and other services if required as well as support groups.

- Enthusiastic, compassionate and able to work collaboratively
**What You Need**:
- Bachelor of Social Work or Masters Social Work Qualifying OR Masters of Social Work, OR equivalent as assessed and approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Written evidence of eligibility for AASW membership for overseas qualifications is required.
