Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Documenting and updating care plans according emerging assessments
* Medication management and wound treatment
* Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding etc., & recreational activities;
* Helping residents participate in community life by providing social support ;
The position requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities along with effective time management skills ,confidence when working autonomously. The candidate should possess general nursing experience post-registration qualification;
