We are seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Support Technician to join Alstom team supporting a vital Tram project in Maidstone. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the operator and Alstom Team, providing technical expertise and ensuring efficient fleet recovery and fault resolution.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Technician, your duties will include:
- Coordinating and managing fleet recovery (trams).
- Providing hands-on technical support and fault finding.
- Preparing and submitting technical assessment reports.
- Delivering timely status updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology (mandatory)
- Previous experience in rolling stock or maintenance (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working rotating shifts (4 days on / 4 days off, 11-hour day & night shifts)
- Willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol Test and National Police Check following a successful interview.
Location: Maidstone
Payrate: $72.58/hr + Super + Penalties
