Job Description

About the role

This role is a critical contributor to the smooth running of many aspects of the sales team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be part of a small team that provides administrative support to the sales team. You will gain insight into FMCG and the operations of major Australian retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and more, working closely with stakeholders and proactively managing tasks while enjoying the support of a knowledgeable manager.

Indicative tasks:

* Orders – All Brands
* Tracking new stores
* Price list maintenance
* Price changes in customer portals (Woolies / Coles / Metcash / Chemist Warehouse / Amazon)
* Order queries
* Claims processing for customers (Woolies / Coles / Metcash / Chemist Warehouse / Amazon)
* Various administrative maintenance and team reports

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
