You will manage and mentor Sales and Marketing, support key strategic accounts to build and sustain long-term customer relationships, and be accountable for exceeding the agreed annual forecast and business plan across both top-and-bottom-line metrics. Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, prioritise key accounts, and use competitor and account analysis to target investment and mitigate at-risk customers.
Manage BU financials and operations, including forecasting and expense control, support for DSO targets, E-Commerce initiatives, and efficient marketing processes/systems.
Own the AnR P&L for Australia.
Ensure compliance and operational excellence by adhering to HCBI/SOX/SOP requirements, reporting adverse events, and embedding governance in third-party relationships.
