Hi, my name is Tim Cox. I'm the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at hipages with close to 10 years of marketing automation & growth marketing experience. I started as a specialist and transitioned through to a Senior Manager during my time here. You'll find me working alongside most functions within the business driving a great customer experience at the top of my priorities.
I'm passionate about leadership, and ensuring people feel their best and often spend time doing extra learning in this space. If there's one thing about me, it's that I'm an individual. You'll find me running, surfing, paddle boarding, or playing golf and tennis in my spare time.
**Your Opportunity**
The Product Marketing Coordinator is an integral role for delivering the value of Tradiecore to tradies. You'll be breaking down tradie pain points, hacking away on new growth opportunities and executing on online and offline channels to activate, engage and retain our tradies. You'll develop yourself to be a voice of the tradie, a well-rounded Product Marketer who collaborates well with multiple business functions to ensure that we are delivering a great customer experience and getting tradies to adopt new features as they are released.
**How you will add value**:
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive adoption, engagement and retention of the Tradiecore product in order to deliver on Tradiecore OKRs.
- Assist with product positioning across website, lifecycle, campaigns and ensure this positioning is maintained all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the cross-functional Tradiecore team to understand product features and plan, execute and iterate the benefits via Go-to-Market activities.
- Build an experimentation skillset and share results regularly with key stakeholders, while identifying the need for improvements in lifecycle programs to further drive growth.

- Experience in marketing or a marketing-related discipline
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships

- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- You are passionate about customer experience, driving business growth and excited to help tradies find value with our business so they can meet their business goals.

**What success looks like in this role**
In the first 3 months you will have:
- Up to speed on the roadmap and strategy for the business
- Worked closely with the Head of Growth to execute on the Q1/Q2 roadmap
- Enhanced our current lifecycle programs to help meet Tradiecore FY23 OKRs
- Has demonstrated a basic understanding of our marketing automation and BI technology
In the first 6 months you will have:
- Learned how to use an experimentation approach in their work, showcasing valuable insights about which activities worked/did not work
- Has developed their core relationships within Tradiecore and become a key contributor to the marketing planning and strategy
- Showed sound understanding of our marketing automation technology to improve the personalisation and communications to our tradie base
