Job Role: Operations Management Executive
The ideal candidate will spearhead a team of mechanical trades specialists, overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring plant efficiency.
* Lead and manage a group of mechanical fitters and maintenance personnel.
* Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of pumps, crushers, conveyors, rotating equipment and other fixed plant assets.
* Plan, schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks to support safe and reliable plant operation.
This role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication, organisation, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
