What You'll Do
Help customers with tech: assist people with their phones and tablets, recommend accessories, and explain product features in simple terms.
Learn device repairs: carry out screen replacements, battery changes, and other phone & tablet repairs (complete training provided).
Keep up to date with technology: build knowledge of the latest devices and share that excitement with customers.
Sales & service: engage with customers to identify their needs, cross-sell products, and process transactions.
Team contribution: keep the store organised, tidy, and support your teammates.

Experience: sales or repair experience is a bonus but not required.
