We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant – Domestic Student Recruitment to support the Director of Marketing & Student Recruitment and assist with student engagement, events, and marketing activities.
This role is ideal for an organised, people-focused marketing or administration professional looking to build experience in education marketing and student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide marketing and administrative support to the Director of Marketing & Student Recruitment
• Assist with domestic student recruitment campaigns and initiatives
• Support relationships with schools, career advisors, and community partners
• Coordinate and attend school visits, open days, expos, and recruitment events
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral
• Support enquiry management, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Assist with digital, email, and print marketing activities
• Represent Ozford professionally at external events

About You
• 1–2 years' experience in marketing, administration, customer service, or a similar role
• Qualification or study in Marketing, Business, or Communications (desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in education and student engagement
• Must hold a current Australian driver's licence
• Holds (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check
• Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
