Legal Secretary Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our team.
Job Description:
* Produce high-quality documents from drafts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist in handling litigation, including completing pro-forma documentation and other associated tasks as directed by lawyers.
* Set up new files efficiently and accurately on instruction.
* Proofread documents as required by lawyers.
* Provide exceptional client service, responding to clients professionally over the phone and in person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Legal Secretary role.
* Experience with legal proceedings and case management.
* Ability to handle correspondence and transcribe dictations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
