Agronomy Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomy Professional to join our team in the NSW region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in this diverse agricultural area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service growers across the NSW region, ensuring their crops receive the best possible care.
* Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
* Provide expert advice on fertiliser, seed, and chemical products, helping farmers increase their yields.
* Maintain knowledge of the latest plant production practices and participate in field days and farmer meetings.
This role requires a strong technical background in agronomy, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently.
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and application.
* A history of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* A driver's licence.
