This is an entry level role working closely with the HR team. This position will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for various HR administrative functions:
* Assist with onboarding of new employees
* Create new staff files and ensure all necessary documents have been received
* Induction schedules
* Booking medicals and scheduling interviews.
* Maintain and update staff information
* Data entry in HRIS System
* Booking meetings
* Electronic filing
* Uniform distribution and tracking
* Assist with staff queries
* Provide general assistance to the HR team and others when required
* Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as they arise
