$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2-year commitment
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (8a-5p), no weekends

About Harris Urology
Harris Urology specializes in treating patients with a wide range of urologic conditions. With years of experience in a variety of urologic procedures, our team provides high-quality care for patients with both advanced and common issues. Our Urology Services: Kidney Stones; Tumors of the Kidney and Bladder; Incontinence; Urinary Infections.
How you\u2019ll contribute
* Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
* Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
* Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
* Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
* Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
* Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Qualifications
What we\u2019re looking for
* Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional requirements include:
* AHA Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
* AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
* One year of experience preferred
* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
