Job Summary
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Officer. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work 76 hours per fortnight between 7:00am and 5:00pm as required.
This role involves assisting community service teams with their scheduling responsibilities, ensuring that scheduling is a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience for employees.
The ideal candidate will be a person-centered and proactive team member who is committed to providing excellent customer service, with a genuine and professional approach when working with employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist community service teams with their scheduling responsibilities;
* To provide high level, quality, and consistent customer service to stakeholders;
* To work collaboratively with the team to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation, people we support, and employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling or rostering employees or relevant experience;
* Demonstrated ability to use databases, Microsoft office programs, and rostering software;
* Demonstrated experience interpreting awards, ensuring rostering compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimization;
* Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
