Role Responsibilities: Investigate and disposition supplier‑related nonconforming material; oversee containment, corrective actions, and rework/return coordination. Trend and analyze supplier defect data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing on component specification clarity. Partner with procurement, R&D, operations, and manufacturing engineering to ensure component quality and supply continuity. Support new product development by assessing supplier readiness and component robustness early in the design cycle. Communicate supplier performance, risks, and escalations to leadership in a clear, data‑driven format. Skills & Experiences: Education: • Bachelor's degree in relevant background Work Experience: • 3 Years relevant experience required in Manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of Excel, and MS is essential, SAP preferred • Possess good interpersonal skills, with team player spirit, very hands on (including placing orders) • Ability to work independently, organized, and good time management with tight timescales • Analytical, and ability to mitigate risk • Good communication and negotiation skills and learning agility no visa sponsorship/relocation will be provided All applicants need to have full Australian work rights.
