Job Title: Bartender

Job Type: Casual (Evenings & Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (wine, cocktails, beer, coffee if required)
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
* Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional manner
* Take drink orders efficiently and accurately
* Assist floor staff when required during busy service periods
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages
* Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
* Handle payments and operate POS system when required
Requirements:
* Previous bartending experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)
* Valid RSA certificate (mandatory)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits (Italian wines knowledge is a plus)
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Positive attitude and team player
