As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering daily life assistance to individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to form strong relationships with clients and their families.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance. This may also involve PEG feeding, positive behaviour support, personal care, medication monitoring, and palliative care as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
* Provide support with PEG feeding, positive behaviour support, personal care, medication monitoring, and palliative care
* Conduct light house work, shopping, and yard work as required
* Prepare meals and provide social support
Requirements:
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker screening check
* First Aid & CPR certification
* NDIS Orientation Modules
* COVID-19 Infection Control (Australian Government)
* Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
About the Role:
