This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to represent an iconic content catalogue and drive revenue across some of the most dynamic markets in the world.

The Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the regional sales strategy to maximise profitability for the ITV Studios Global Entertainment catalogue. You'll be the face of ITV Studios for broadcasters and streamers, managing everything from high-level negotiations to long-term market analysis.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
* Strategic Growth & Analysis: Define and deliver regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share. This includes conducting long-term market analysis to identify new customers and partnership opportunities.
* Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for all deal terms—including license fees, rights, and payment terms—to maximize returns. You will identify new opportunities and renegotiate existing content output deals.
* Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners, agents, and clients across Broadcast, Pay TV, SVOD, and OTT platforms.
* Financial Oversight: Manage annual budgeting and sales forecasting for assigned territories. You will ensure the sales pipeline is meticulously tracked in Salesforce and other internal tracking documents.
* Market Presence: Represent ITV Studios at major international content markets and sales trips (e.g., London Screenings, MIPCOM, ATF) to pitch shows and secure deals.
* Global Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Legal & Business Affairs (LBA), Content, and Ops—many of whom are based in the London HQ—to manage the content pipeline and deliver contracts.
* Leadership: Contribute to managing the objectives, performance, and professional coaching of your direct report, the Sales & Contracts Coordinator
About You
You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess a deep love for television and the commercial acumen to turn that passion into profit.
Requirements
* Proven experience in TV content distribution sales, ideally within scripted or factual genres.
* Deep knowledge of content rights, licensing, and windowing strategies.
* Exceptional negotiation and pitching skills.
* High attention to detail for tracking deals and maintaining complex pipelines.
* Ability to collaborate with global teams (specifically London HQ), which includes attending out-of-hours calls.
* Willingness to undertake overseas travel throughout the year.
