About the Role
This position is offered on a 4-day work week (Tuesday to Friday). It's a hands-on recruitment and business development role, leading SSC Hospitality on the Sunshine Coast while helping grow Fox Personnel in Queensland.
This is not a desk-only role. You'll be out meeting clients, building relationships, and growing your own patch across both brands.
For the right performer, there is potential to move to a full-time, 5-day role in the future once demand supports it. The role starts at 4 days — performance determines what comes next.

Your Role
* Grow the business: Get out on the road 1–2 days per week, make calls, and introduce our services to local venues and businesses.
* Full recruitment cycle: Write ads, interview candidates, manage placements, and follow up with clients and candidates.
* Client relationships: Build trust, communicate proactively, and become the go-to contact for your clients.

* Energy and drive: You take initiative, set targets, and follow through. This isn't a role for someone who wants to coast.
* Proven stability: A solid employment history showing commitment and professionalism.
* Strong people skills: Confident on the phone and in person, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Hospitality or sales experience: Highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.

The Offer
* Salary:
* $60,000 (4 days / 30 hours)
* Opportunity to progress to $75,000 (5 days / 38 hours) based on performance and workload
* Hours: Tuesday to Friday (4 days). On-call after hours and every second weekend (very minimal).
