Your Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations at Coca Chu, ensuring seamless service, team engagement, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and maintain the warm, dynamic atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again.
Where you'll make an impact
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Oversee daily operations, including reservations, floor management, and bar service
* Train, coach, and develop staff to uphold service standards and brand integrity
* Manage rostering, stock control, and budgets to meet financial targets
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
* Maintain compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations
* Assist in developing creative promotions and events that enhance the guest experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium or high-volume venue
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
* Solid understanding of restaurant financials, rostering, and stock control
* A passion for quality food, beverage, and service excellence
* Queensland RSA Certificate (Essential)
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Preferred)
