Job Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our Client Relationship Managers
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
* Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies
* Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a close team environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Email systems, Teams, and Google Drive
