Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Officer to join our team on a permanent, Full Time basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert customer service skills that operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients.
About the Role
* Providing administrative support to the real estate team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
* Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, contracts and providing property management assistance
* Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process
* Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the brand
* Working with the team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A good understanding of, and genuine interest in, the real estate industry
* The ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* Smart, resourceful and forward-thinking with an ability to embrace technology
* Possess a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
