As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. This role is to support the rooms and needs a Diploma level Educator ( not a Bachelor degree)

Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. This is a thriving 75 place centre.

Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You’ll need:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
