As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that support sustainable affordability by minimizing claims risk.
The Hospital Partnerships role plays a crucial part in supporting HealthCare Management's Hospital Engagement and Contracting Manager. The main responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality contract management technical interpretation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Agreement.
- Offering assistance and advice to improve hospital provider claims management.
- Providing administrative support to Hospital Engagement and Contracting Managers and fellow Hospital Partnerships staff involved in negotiations with healthcare providers for facilities within the Network.
- Preparing provider contracts & schedules as directed by Hospital Engagement & Contracting Managers
- Facilitating the use of electronic signature technology and digital transaction management services to create, send and receive HPPA's.
- Organising new Agreements to be loaded into the claims processing system.
- Entering key features of Agreement renewal outcome in relevant Provider Management Platforms and databases operated by Hospital & Medical Partnerships and maintenance of these databases
- Supporting Hospital Engagement and Contracting Managers in managing Customer Relations/PHIO issues.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Customer Management Systems (CMR) familiarity ideal but not essential.
* Medical Terminology knowledge required.
* Futrix systems knowledge desirable.
* Keyboard and Data Entry Skills of a high level and accuracy required.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Claims Processing, CRaCA or HI business.
* Prior Health Industry or Health Insurance industry experience preferred.
* Experience dealing directly with hospital providers.
