We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting their hands dirty. You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end, campaigns, content, demand generation, digital performance, and sales enablement, while contributing to GTM strategy and brand positioning as a genuine business partner to the founding team. What You’ll Own Demand generation: design and run multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline across our target vertical HubSpot and marketing automation: own the CRM, workflows, sequences, and reporting infrastructure Digital performance: SEO, SEM, paid social, and web optimisation across giftbee.com and prepaideftpos.com.au Content and copywriting: thought leadership, email, landing pages, and sales collateral that cut through Analytics and insight: track what matters, report with clarity, and feed data back into decisions Sales enablement: equip the BD team with sharp decks, one-pagers, and campaign support AI-powered marketing: actively leverage AI tools to move faster, test more, and do more with less Who You Are 6-10 years of marketing experience, ideally with time spent in a B2B, SaaS, or fintech environment A genuine generalist, you’ve worked across digital, content, automation, and performance and you’re comfortable owning all of it Commercially minded, you understand pipeline, you speak the language of revenue, and you connect marketing activity to business outcomes An early adopter of AI tools, you’re already using them to work smarter and you’re curious about what’s next Strong writer with an instinct for positioning and storytelling Analytical, you use data to sharpen creative decisions, not replace them Ambitious, you want to grow into a senior strategic role and you’re willing to earn it through results Hands-on by default, no task is beneath you if it moves the business forward Why Giftbee Real ownership of the marketing function from day one.
