**Overview**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic compliance professional looking for a new challenge and opportunity to work across a breadth of products and initiatives within the Retail Banking arm of the Bank - specifically lending products.
You will truly get to see the full lifecycle in this role in this business facing role and build on your commercial acumen, whilst working with a collaborative and supportive team.
**To be successful for this role, ideally you will have**:
- Proven compliance experience from either a Line 1 or Line 2 capacity
- Previous background in Retail Banking or broader Regulatory environment highly regarded
- Proven experience to work with stakeholders and advise, review and challenge risks
- Legal background beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster key relationships across the group to get successful outcomes
