About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant ready to step up into leadership while remaining hands-on. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, improving processes, and contributing to overall sales performance. You'll act as a 2IC, providing guidance to consultants, assisting with client interactions, and helping drive structure and reporting across the team. This role offers weekend flexibility, making it ideal for someone who no longer wants to commit to full weekends, requiring only occasional check-ins at display homes on Saturdays to ensure everything is running smoothly.
