Join our busy adult and child psychology and allied health practice, where our valued receptionists are the first point of contact for clients. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic receptionist with a warm and friendly manner, confident in communicating with clients both face-to-face and over the phone. 2 to 3 years experience in a medical or allied health setting is essential.
This role is perfect for someone who can manage a fast-paced front desk with calmness and efficiency, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment, while working both independently and as part of our reception and administrative team.
This is a permanent part-time position with some opportunity for flexible hours. There are options to work at both our Hyde Park and Collinswood locations. We offer above-award rates for the right candidate to join our team.
As the successful applicant, you would demonstrate strong computer skills, including experience with MYOB, Medicare/HICAPS processing, and ideally some knowledge of the NDIS system, to support our clients' needs.
