As a Senior Business Analyst for IP Engineering Process Development, you will play a pivotal role in improving the efficiency, scalability, and quality of our core IP engineering operations. This involves analysing existing engineering processes, identifying areas for improvement, and crafting optimised workflows that align with our business goals.
Your day to day will consist of
* Conducting detailed analysis of IP engineering workflows and systems.
* Facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit process requirements.
* Crafting and documenting process models and improvement strategies.
* Supporting implementation of new processes and monitoring their efficiency.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
What makes you perfect for the role?
* Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of telecommunications engineering and business process management.
* Proven experience in process mapping, reengineering, and workflow optimisation.
* Excellent communication abilities, with experience in managing collaborator relationships and facilitating workshops.
* Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Certifications such as Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma, or BPMN.
