**Job Title:** Assistant Centre Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children.
**About the Role:**
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre on a day-to-day basis.
* They will work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of education and care provided to children, as well as maintain a safe and healthy environment.
**Requirements:
* Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood setting.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
