Current Opportunities
Management Accountant
* Temporary | Full-time | Townsville | 3-6 Month Contract
* Lead and support annual budget and forecast processes, including detailed 5-year operational expenditure planning
* Develop and monitor monthly OPEX projections in partnership with key stakeholders
* Conduct financial and cost analysis to drive efficiencies and strengthen cost control strategies
* Provide financial modelling and commercial analysis for projects and business cases
* Deliver expert financial compliance advice and support across the organisation
This role is ideal for commercially minded professionals with a minimum of 4 years' experience within a mid to large sized organisation.
Finance Officer
* Temporary | Full-time | Townsville | 4 Month Contract
* Maintain integrity of cash balances, transactional banking and investment activities
* Complete daily and monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage inter-account transfers
* Process and authorise EFT payments for accounts payable and payroll
* Support the Financial Reporting team to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer
* Temporary | Full-time | Townsville | 3-6 Month Contract
* Prepare and issue invoices, manage agreements and oversee debt collection processes
* Perform daily banking reconciliations and maintain accurate receivables records
* Process creditor and employee payments in line with policy and procedures
* Allocate and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy of financial records
* Support accurate financial reporting and budget evaluation processes
Previous experience within a medium to large organisation is essential. This role suits professionals who enjoy high-volume transactional finance and maintaining financial integrity.
Your Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role
* Strong knowledge of financial processes, reconciliations and reporting
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
* Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a team-based environment
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (highly regarded)
