We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Office Administrator / Sales Administrator to join our growing team in the air conditioning industry. This is a key role supporting both the sales and service departments in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer support
* Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices
* Schedule and coordinate jobs using ServiceM8 (experience preferred)
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
* Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and customers
* General administrative duties to support the team
About You:
* Previous experience in administration or sales support (air conditioning or trade services a bonus)
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Proficient in G-suite; experience with ServiceM8 highly regarded
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a team environment
