We are seeking a motivated and detail‐oriented Data Modeller for a 1 year contract to join our growing team.
Qualifications
* Design and Development of Data Models as per the customer requirements.
* Understand and translate business needs into data models, database design and structures client solutions.
* Strong SQL knowledge to perform analysis.
* Must have worked on large size data warehouse implementation projects.
* Understand the business requirements and create logical models including the documentation, data flow diagrams etc.
* Data Vault experience will be an added advantage.
* Work closely with business analysts to understand the functionality, business use cases, conceptual design and accordingly data model theme is built.
* Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy and maintain the models.
* Optimize and update logical and physical data models to support new and existing projects.
* Analyze data‐related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
* Guide System Analyst, Engineer, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
* Perform reverse Engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts ensuring no loss of business value/implication.
* Interact with developers to keep a check on how data model is converted into a physical design of a database.
* Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
* Work with the Application development team to implement data strategies, build Display.
* Has Experience working on data modelling tools like Erwin.
* Worked on source to target data mappings for the project.
