As a General Insurance Report Writer at Quantumcorp, you will play a critical role in transforming investigative findings into clear, qualified reports for our clients. Working from a suitable home office, you will receive all the training and support needed to excel in your role.
You must be located in Australia and will work 100% remotely from a suitable home office. You will be provided with all necessary support to ensure you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analysing interviews, transcripts, statements and supporting evidence from General Insurance investigations
- Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, anomalies and areas requiring further clarification or inquiry
- Applying principles of the fraud triangle to highlight risk factors
- Drafting high-quality, concise, accurate, and professional reports based on investigation outcomes
- Ensuring all findings are factual and adhere to client specifications and company standards
- Managing deadlines and delivering work within specified timeframes
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance, legal and ethical standards at all times
- Communicating with investigators and management to clarify investigation details
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to identify key issues within complex information
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing no less than 60 WPM
- Previous experience in general insurance, investigations, fraud analysis, report writing, or a related field highly desirable
