About the Role
As a Local Community Specialist in Bunbury, you'll lead by example in delivering exceptional service across multiple channels—store, phone, community, and messaging. You'll coach a diverse team, solve a range of customer issues, and foster local problem‐solving.
Your leadership, inclusiveness, and operational expertise will drive member retention and team performance. By leveraging Medibank's products, services, and partnerships, you'll grow and support the health of your local member base through meaningful customer interactions and community engagement.
