Physiotherapist Position in Community Care
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, you will be working with clients in their homes, assessing and treating their conditions, and helping them achieve their goals.
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
* Visiting community clients to assess and treat their conditions
* Developing client-centered treatment plans that address their specific needs
* Providing education and support to clients on how to manage their conditions and maintain their independence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* A current Queensland driver's licence
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
