Business Development Leadership Role
This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team in New South Wales, reporting directly to the Director of Account Management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Analyze existing partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with distributors and technology partners.
* Identify and develop new partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
* Foster productive partnerships that meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful partnerships.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* At least 10 years of experience in business development or similar functions within the IT industry
* Proven track record of leading or mentoring a team
* Strong understanding of the IT industry and partner dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in CRM management and Excel software
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unlimited working rights
