Job Title: Change Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of a Change Manager for a hybrid contract position based in Canberra.

This pivotal role is part of a high-impact transformation program, responsible for shaping and executing implementation plans for complex change initiatives. The responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of change requests—from assessment and risk evaluation to analysis, development, documentation, stakeholder communication, and seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage expertise in IT service transition and industry-recognised best practices (e.g., ITIL) to support operational evolution.
* Take full ownership of Change Management activities, including the formulation and refinement of related procedures and frameworks.
* Oversee ongoing process optimisation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align change and release practices with broader organisational standards.
* Design and guide rollout strategies for high-impact change requests—covering risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and execution planning.
