MACHINE OPERATOR / PROCESS WORKER (FOOD MANUFACTURING)

Schnits Frozen Foods Pty Ltd. is expanding and we are seeking an experiencedMachine / Line Operatorto join our production team at our Bibra Lake facility.
This is a hands-on role operating production machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and keeping our processing lines running safely and efficiently.
Immediate Start Required.
About The Role
Operate, adjust and troubleshoot production and packaging machinery.
Perform start-up, shutdown and cleaning procedures.
Conduct routine quality checks, including weights, temperatures and product specifications.
Assist with line changeovers and machine setup.
Follow HACCP, GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
Support a safe, efficient and positive production environment.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in food manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Understanding of HACCP, GMP and basic food safety requirements.
Ability to follow SOPs, safety rules and quality processes.
Reliable, punctual and committed to safe work practices.
Ability to work in cold, fast-paced, repetitive environments and meet production targets.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Full Australian Working Rights (permanent resident, citizen or unrestricted visa).
Forklift licence (LF).
Knowledge of continuous improvement processes or lean manufacturing.
Experience with documentation, quality checks and recording production data.
Experience working with automated or semi-automated machinery.
