You’ll be joining a grounded, no-nonsense team that values action, integrity, and follow-through.About the RoleThis is a high-impact, field-based sales role where your ability to build relationships and convert opportunities will directly influence your income.You’ll take full ownership of developing your pipeline. You'll be the face of our brand with Perth clients, backed by a team that supports quick quoting, reliable delivery, and great service. You’ll receive thorough onboarding and product training, but the wins will come from your own consistency and drive.This is a full-time role with flexibility around start and finish times. You’ll enjoy autonomy with structure and room to build something long-term.What You’ll Be DoingBuild and qualify your own pipeline through cold calling, referrals, social engagement, and face-to-face prospectingDeliver tailored packaging solutions through client presentations, phone calls, and site visitsOwn the full sales cycle from quote to close using our tools and supportTrack performance and activity through CRM and Excel-based reportingMaintain strong follow-up routines and support existing clientsWork closely with internal operations to ensure smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfactionWhat You’ll BringMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, consumables, or wholesaleStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in presenting solutions in meetings and follow-upsHigh personal accountability and ability to work independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and quoting toolsA resilient, curious, and proactive approach to salesExperience with CRMs and self-management toolsYou don’t need packaging experience to apply.
