As Senior Advisor, Access, you’ll be at the heart of connecting the community with its records, championing transparency, and driving smarter information governance across government. In this role, you will be: Leading arrangement, description, and digitisation projects that enhance accessibility of ACT archives through the public-facing ACT Memory database; Analysing data and reporting on services and initiatives to senior management; Participating in events such as the Canberra and Region Heritage Festival and the Chief Minister’s Governance Lecture Contributing to the Council of Australasian Archives and Records Authorities’ First Nations Special Interest Group; Serving as the primary reviewer for public access clearance of records, in consultation with Directorates as required; and Responding to public and agency enquiries about ACT archives both online and through the ArchivesACT Reading Room in Mitchell You’re someone who thrives on problem‑solving, clear communication, and making complex information usable.
