We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain team.
Reporting to the Site and Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing logistics, warehousing and inventory operations its external logistics partners. The role supports both domestic and export supply chains and plays a key part in maintaining service levels, managing inventory risk and controlling logistics costs.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational oversight, data analysis and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics, transport and inventory activities
Manage logistics, transport and storage costs within approved budgets
Identify and implement cost and efficiency improvement initiatives
Oversee finished goods and dry goods inventory across multiple locations
Manage stock take processes and maintain inventory accuracy
Monitor slow-moving stock, best-before-date exposure and stock availability
Manage relationships with transport, warehousing and third-party logistics providers
Review provider performance and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Production Planning teams
Produce logistics and inventory reporting, including DIFOT performance
Investigate delivery and dispatch issues and implement corrective actions
Support supply chain risk management and continuity planning

Leadership: You will have the ability to lead multiple teams and communicate sound judgement and advice to multiple levels of the business and drive and deliver organisational objectives
