You’ll work closely with the General Manager and lead a team of committed clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will: • Lead and support the clinical team through coaching, mentoring, and development • Oversee daily clinical operations and care delivery • Drive clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement • Manage care planning, assessments, and AN-ACC processes • Review incidents, complaints, and implement improvements • Partner with families, GPs, and allied health professionals • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation This opportunity is ideal if you: • Are a Care Manager or senior RN ready to step up • Want more support, structure, and leadership impact • Are looking to leave metro burnout behind • Value working in a stable, well-run home with a strong team What you can expect: • A well-established clinical team with RN support • Structured systems and processes already in place • Strong backing from Regional, Quality, and Education teams • A role focused on leadership and quality.
