**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our Federal Government Client based in Geelong or Richmond. This is a 12 month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week and will be paying $55.25 per hour plus super.
**Duties**:
- Preparing correspondence, reports and briefing papers and assisting in the preparation of technical documents.
- Assisting with project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
- Undertaking financial administration, facilitating the payment of invoices, receipt of goods and reconciliation of financial data.
- Contributing to the development and management of project plans and the identification and management of project risks, issues and benefits.
**To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate**:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an admin or project delivery role
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders
- MS Office skills
