Smart Communications Platform transforming how strata management teams work. We help teams streamline operations, improve transparency, and deliver exceptional service to the communities they support.

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our client experience team to ensure our customers receive world‑class onboarding, support, and ongoing value.


About the role

As a Client Experience Coordinator at Town Square, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. In this full‑time role based in Perth, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and strengthening our client relationships, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.


Client Onboarding & Engagement

Lead onboarding sessions, gather required data, and map client processes.

Guide clients through milestones with clear communication and success plans.


Support & Relationship Management

Act as the first contact for client questions and triage issues to the right teams.

Maintain proactive communication, monitoring sentiment and flagging risks.


Operational Coordination

Keep accurate records and coordinate cross‑team tasks for smooth delivery.

Prepare client documentation, guides, and follow‑up materials.


Process & Improvement

Identify common issues and provide feedback to product and operations.

Improve onboarding / support processes and maintain updated client resources.


What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and loves creating outstanding, memorable experiences for our clients. You're a natural communicator, highly organised, and enjoy being the "glue" between teams.


You'll Bring

* Experience in client experience, admin, operations, or account coordination (prop‑tech or SaaS).
* Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident.
* Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities.
* Comfort with tech platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
* A calm and professional approach, even under pressure.

Bonus points: experience in the strata industry (e.g., working closely with strata managers, supporting strata operations, or having previously been a strata manager).
