We are a small Displays and Exhibitions business in Ormeau, seeking an organised, proactive Office Manager / Graphic Art Coordinator to join our team. We like to hire local.
This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy environment.
This is an ideal role for someone who has good organisational focus and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations
* Coordinate jobs, schedules and workflow within the team
* Administrative experience using Xero for invoicing, ordering and accounts payable.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and staff to ensure smooth operations
* Prepare and edit supplied artwork files for digital print production.
* Assist with incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
* Provide direction and oversight for customer service staff.
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience with preparing/ creating artwork files for digital print
* Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
* Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills- great on the phone.
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
