About the Role
You will join our team as a full-time
Sales Consultant
, learning directly from high-performing agents. Your development is our priority — and with the right effort, you will progress from trainee to Sales Agent, and eventually lead your own team.
Your day-to-day includes:
Learning advanced sales techniques
Developing communication and people skills
Speaking with customers across Sydney
Hitting achievable performance targetsWorking closely with your mentor and teamBuilding confidence, resilience and mindset
