**About the Opportunity**
The Project Administration and Support Coordinator assists with the coordination and support of project activities under the guidance of the Program Manager or Head of Program Management.
The role involves helping the project management team with key Automotive Services projects, fostering strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay aligned with divisional and strategic goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential risks, supporting post-implementation reviews, and sharing lessons learned.
The Project Administration and Support Coordinator may take on simple projects or oversee deployment and transition activities to ensure successful delivery, on time, within budget, and as planned.

- Assist in planning and organizing project activities to meet deadlines, budgets, and project goals.
- Help develop project plans and schedules and assist in creating and managing business cases.
- Facilitate business readiness and oversee the smooth transition and implementation of projects, including Hypercare.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Provide regular status updates and support the creation of high-quality project reports and presentations.
- Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate pre-agreed activities by organising meetings, tracking status, and assisting with the removal of blockers.
- Preparing related minutes and corresponding with accuracy and
- attention to detail.
- Distributing project-specific communications to relevant areas.
- Communicating and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Attend workshops/meetings to ensure all parties are kept informed and up to date with any changes, enhancements, processes and procedures
- Manage expectations and compliance to prioritisation process and activities
**What you'll need to be successful**
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, resources, and documentation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions to ensure project success.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing project documentation and reports.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
