As a vital member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional support and care throughout their journey.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with nursing staff and clinicians in a dynamic healthcare environment.

* You will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lounge.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining supplies, monitoring email inboxes, preparing patient charts, and liaising with clinicians to facilitate paperwork.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key skills include:

Responsibilities:

* Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments for patients requiring infusions and those on our Out & About program.
* Maintaining Supplies: Order and maintain necessary supplies to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
* Email Management: Monitor and manage the generic email inbox, responding to queries and escalating issues as needed.
* Chart Preparation: Prepare and collate patient charts accurately and efficiently.
* Liaising with Clinicians: Collaborate with clinicians to follow up on paperwork and ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills:

* Time Management: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
* Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Problem-Solving: Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
